By accessing or using The Closed Test, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the application.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of The Closed Test for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Content

Our application allows you to connect with other developers to exchange tests. All content provided is for coordination purposes only and does not guarantee success in the Google Play Store review process.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use The Closed Test:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the application

The materials on The Closed Test are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitations

In no event shall The Closed Test or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Closed Test.
